The terms and conditions for the courses run by Almach Leadership Ltd are set our below. These terms and conditions may be amended, updated or modified by us from time to time, so it is a good idea to keep checking back here to stay up to date.
Applicants are asked to have read and understood the terms and conditions as part of the contract made between Almach Leadership Ltd and the participant as part of the registration process. Before accepting their place on the course, it is important that all participants have read the terms and conditions and any relevant details of the course they are applying for.
Applications for courses can be made via email, please email hello@almachleadership.com outlining which course you would like to participate in.
Following your application, you will receive a short confirmation email outlining;
· the start date of the programme
· start and finish times
· any pre-call or orientation calls
· any pre-work or information you may be required to complete before the 1stsession
· venue details if applicable
· what is required to bring along (if applicable.)
The fees of the programme are specific to each individual course. For courses that are branded and organisation specific please contact us for a bespoke price.
Prices are excluding VAT (VAT will be charged at the current UK rate)
The balance is payable immediately when booking on to a course, this can be made by bank transfer or cheque. Please note Almach Leadership are unable to accept credit card payments.
You may not attend a course without payment in full prior to the course starting.
Programme fees are as per our website and are subject to change.
Our programmes are designed so that participants can learn from one another as well as from the course leader. With this in mind there will be the requirement of a minimum number for the programme to run. When it is anticipated that this number will not be reached then the programme will be rescheduled, or if necessary cancelled. In such cases, we will endeavour to advise you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates where possible.
Should a course be cancelled and not rescheduled by Almach Leadership, a full refund will be given to you.
If you voluntarily leave the course before completion, please inform the course leader asap, and refer to our Refund Policy below for cancellation instigated by yourself.
It is strongly advised that participants attend all the modules on their chosen programme to gain the greatest benefit. Should you choose not to attend for unforeseen circumstances or other events please inform the course leader as soon as possible before the module. Where possible course materials will be sent to support some of the learning missed. No refund will be given for missed modules, if appropriate alternative dates of the same course may be offered. Please speak directly with the course leader to see if alternative arrangements can be made, this may incur further costs.
Should you be unhappy with any part of the programme please notify us immediately and within 30 days of completion of the programme.
Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking the contract is strictly limited to the purchase price of the programme
This does not include or limit in anyway our liability:
· For death or personal injury caused by our negligence
· Under section 2 (3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987
· For fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
· For any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.
The contract between you and Almach Leadership Ltd is binding on you and us.
You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without prior written consent from us.
We may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the Contract.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay to perform, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
A Force Majeure Event would consist of any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control that includes (without limitation) things such as;
strikes, lock-outs, industrial action, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat if terrorist attack, war, fire explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence or natural disaster, impossibility of use of public or private transport, impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications network, acts, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
Almach Leadership Ltd retain the sole and exclusive property of the copyright and all other intellectual property rights for all Almach Leadership course materials. By attending a course you commit to not copying or permit the copying of course materials, nor allow disclosure to sell or hire the same to third parties. Nor use the same materials to run a course of your own.
The Almach Leadership name and logo belong to us and may not be used without our written permission.
We are also the owner of all design, text, graphics, software and all other materials on the site, including intellectual property rights therein.
Audio and visual recordings of our programmes are strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
Occasionally we may film or record the programme trainer / facilitator / coach delivering the course you are attending. We will make sure that you are made aware of this recording prior to it commencing. The recording is generally for training purposes of the programme leader. You authorise us to use your image and voice in any such recordings without payment, other conditions or requiring further consent.
You may print off one copy, and download extracts, of any page (s) from the Site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation or connections to material posted here.
You acknowledge that certain information contained in the programme and programme materials is already in the public domain.
You are not permitted to sell or promote products or services at Almach Leadership events.
You agree that we may use your personal data in accordance with and subject to the Data Protection Act 2018
You have the right to cancel your registration on to one of our programmes before the start date and receive a full refund, within seven days of making your payment.
We reserve the right to withhold some or all of the monies paid to us to cover reasonable expenses in the event of your cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights.
After the initial seven days, you may cancel your registration up to 30 days before the start of the programme and receive a full refund of fees paid, less an administration fee of £20+ vat.
Between 1 – 30 days before the start of the programme fees will be charged according to fees incurred. Please contact us immediately to discuss cancellation in the first instance.
If you wish to withdraw from the programme on or after the first day of the programme, no refund is applicable.
If you wish to defer your attendance, or transfer to another programme please contact us to discuss options. We will try to accommodate your request where possible.
